Models Own's Green Fields Festival Polish

Models Own's Green Fields Festival Polish is an awesome green polish. I love it's name-it does totally make you think of festivals.

Green Fields has an awesome smooth formula which glides on to the nails. The polish brush is great and applies the polish really well. I wore this polish for a week and it lasted really well when teamed up with a good base and top coat. It also dries fairly quickly.

If you haven't ever tried Models Own nail polishes you definitely need to. They are extremely great quality polishes at affordable prices.

Catfish-The Movie

Catfish the movie is an absolute MUST watch film! I discovered it on Netflix and as I had seen the TV show before thought I would give it a watch. I was hooked straight away!

Catfish the movie is quite different from the TV show as it is more the shocking starting point for the idea for the TV show. This film is so intriguing because totally unexpected things happen which make you desperate to find out more.

I won't spoil the film by telling you what happens but I highly recommend watching it. It is just so interesting and captivating. I loved it and I think you guys will too!

Cath Kidston Tea Set

My mum very kindly bought me this adorable Cath Kidston Tea Set a few weeks ago as a thank you for helping her out lots. I think it makes such an awesome gift and I was absolutely over the moon with this gorgeous set.

I adore Cath Kidston so my mum knew I would love this. I also only have individual mugs so I didn't have anything like this already. I am keeping it packaged up to keep it safe until a time when I have my own home and can use it when I have guests.

I tend to love the pastel colours that Cath Kidston uses but even though this set is a mixture of colours I really like it. I am so proud to be the owner of such a beautiful set of tea cups and saucers.

Models Own's Purple Bandana Festival Polish

Models Own's Purple Bandana Festival Polish is an awesome bright, medium purple polish. I love how cool the packaging for the Festival Polish Collection  is.

This polish has all of the features that make Models Own polishes amazing. The formula is highly pigmented and applies beautifully. The brush is perfect and the polish glides on to your nails. It dries pretty quickly and is really hard wearing. It is such a cool colour for the festival season.

I love Models Own polishes so much and I would definitely recommend this polish to you guys. Even if, like me, you aren't going to any festivals this summer you can pretend you are with this great polish.

New Mia Felce Phone Cases

Uh oh- I couldn't resist buying more of Mia Felce's amazing phone cases! She tweeted a 10% discount code and I thought right, my birthday is coming up soon so why not treat myself!

How gorgeous are they!?! They literally brighten up my days just like wearing nail polish does. I love changing the case depending on which colours and designs I'm in the mood for that day. I now own more phone cases than I have done in my entire life.

Melissa & Joey

I love the TV show Melissa & Joey so much and I got such a nice surprise when I found out that Amazon Prime Video has all 4 seasons available to watch. This is great because iTunes doesn't even have season 4 yet.

Melissa & Joey stars Melissa Joan Hart (Sabrina The Teenage Witch) and Joseph Lawrence (Brotherly Love). I grew up watching both of these awesome comedic actors and I knew that they are hilarious so decided I had to watch Melissa & Joey.

I loved it from the first episode. This show has a great storyline, which I won't ruin, and is full of great comedy. I highly recommend checking it out especially if you like comedy's like Mike & Molly, Two Broke Girls and Mom.

Lumie Body Clock Lamp

I recently treated myself to a Lumie Body Clock Lamp as I had been thinking about getting one for over a year. I haven't used it properly yet but when I have I will do a review post and maybe even a video about it.

I am hoping it will really help me with getting up for work in the dark during the autumn/winter months.

Birthday Night Out NOTD

This year for my birthday celebration I was meant to go for dinner and drinks with three of my close friends. Unfortunately, we had to cancel it on the day. I knew straight away that I wanted to wear black polish with Barry M's amazing Atlantis Aquarium Glitter Polish over the top. I wore this polish combination at new year and I loved it! I thought it would be the perfect polish to wear to celebrate my birthday.

Why I'm Reducing My Blog Posts

You may have noticed a lack of nail polish review posts on my blog recently. Unfortunately, I just haven't had time to swatch and photograph any new polishes that I have bought.  I have become so busy with work and life in general that I just haven't had the time. 

As you will all understand I have been juggling work, blogging, youtubing, a social life and more. I know that the next few months are going to be pretty hectic so I have realised that I am going to have to reduce my blog posts from 7 posts per week to 3.  I will be helping my family out a lot over the next few months so I might have some posts up on what I'm getting up to.

My birthday is in a few weeks and I'm hoping to have some more time then as I have a week off from work. I am definitely hoping to be back to posting 7 days a week by Christmas as I'm sure I will have lots to chat about!

In the meantime, I hope that you don't find my blog to boring! I promise the polish reviews and swatches will be back soon!

NOTD: Pink With Glitter

Last Saturday I was meant to have a very early birthday celebration with my friend as she won't be able to make it to my official birthday celebrations but unfortunately she couldn't make it. As I had already painted my nails especially for the night out with Models Own's Studio 54 Disco Pants polish I thought I would show you anyway. I finished off my look with a coat of Topshop's Adrenaline pink glitter polish.

I chose these polishes as I wanted to wear polish that was a little bit different to what I normally wear.

I think this combination goes perfectly. What do you guys think?Do you like these polishes ? I would love to hear from you!

My New Sparkly Lamp

Ah how amazing is my new sparkly lamp!?! I cannot get over how beautiful it is even when it is not lit up! I have never ever had a lamp in my house that is as nice as this one so I am totally in awe of it and can't believe that I own something so lovely.

As my room hasn't been decorated for a very long time I am so grateful that I'm finally getting to redecorate now and that I am able to have such beautiful things in it. I am hoping that when it's finished it will be my dream bedroom.

NOTD: Orange & Glitter

I was really in the mood to wear orange nail polish to work again last week so I chose to wear Models Own's Beach Hut Polish For Tans Polish. I love how bright and vibrant it is. I then added a bit of sparkle using Topshop's glitter polish called Razzmatazz.

You don't often see orange sparkly nails which is why I really love this combination.
