NOTD: Green With Gold Glitter

This week I'm wearing such a lovely combination of polish. I literally love it.

I'm wearing Models Own's Diamond Luxe Emerald Green polish with Barry M's Treasure Chest Aquarium polish. I wasn't sure whether I would like wearing this deep emerald green polish but I really like it.

I don't think you can tell how lovely this polish is from the photos which is really annoying. I took photos with and without flash and neither does it justice.

What do you think of this combination? Have you tried either of these polishes?

MAC Formidable Polish

My friend Hannah bought me two MAC nail polishes for my birthday and Formidable was one of them. I was so delighted to receive such lovely nail polish gifts.

Formidable is a shimmery black polish with hints of purple & pink throughout which looks gorgeous under light.

This polish applied nicely and the formula was good. I painted my nails with two coats of this polish and the coverage was great. It also lasted well without chipping.

Have you ever tried MAC nail polish? What did you think of it?

Barry M Damson Polish

Barry M's Damson Gelly Hi-Shine Polish is an amazing bright blue colour. It is such a strikingly vibrant shade of blue polish.

I am a major fan of Barry M and their Gelly Hi-Shine polish. This polish definitely did not disappoint.

The formula is amazing and the polish glided on to my nails beautifully. It was opaque within two coats and the colour is highly pigmented. I wore this polish for a week and it lasted well without chipping.

Overall, this polish is really awesome!

What do you think about this polish? Have you tried it? Let me know!

NEW VIDEO: The Halloween Tag

Hey guys!

I'm excited to say that I have done The Halloween Tag Video!

It made me think of all my great Halloween memories from when I was a kid. I hope you enjoy it! I tag everyone to do it!

You can see my video here:) http://youtu.be/brrWRveH9No

Models Own Disco Pants Studio 54 Polish

I am so excited about Models Own's Studio 54 Disco Pants Polish. It's just such a gorgeous metallic pink polish it makes you want to stare at your nails all day.

I am so impressed by this polish because the coverage and pigmentation is so amazing that you could get away with just one coat of polish. I used two here though. The formula is beautiful and the polish applies really smoothly. It is the perfect consistency-not too thin or too thick!

This polish is great! I am extremely impressed by Models Own.

Have you tried any of the polishes from this collection? What do you think of this pink polish?

Barry M Orchid Silk Effects Polish

I am a huge fan of Barry M's Silk Effects Nail Polish so when they released new autumn/winter shades I needed to try them.

I couldn't resist their Orchid Silk Effects polish because it is a lovely metallic purple shade. In the photos it looks like more of a blue purple but it is more of a red berry purple in real life. I added a top coat so you could see how shimmery it is.

The formula is awesome as is the case with all Barry M polishes. It applied really well and was streak free within two coats.  The brush was great at applying the polish as well.

This is a lovely polish which has a matte finish if you don't add a top coat which some of you might prefer.

Have you tried this polish? What did you think of it?

Topshop's Sweet Nothings Polish

Topshop's Sweet Nothings Polish is an amazingly awesome powder blue polish. Topshop have done so well with this polish-it's just lovely.

The colour is pretty mesmerising. It had a brilliant formula which applies smoothly with the lovely Topshop brush. The colour of the polish is highly pigmented and you only need two coats for a streak free finish. I have found that this polish is also long lasting.

All in all there is nothing bad to say. I would highly recommend it

Do you like this colour? Have you tried this polish before?

OOTD #15

I bought this floral skater dress from Boohoo ages ago but I thought I would show you it anyway since I wore it to work the other day.

It's made from a really lovely silky yet scuba like material. It fits me really well and I love the flattering way the skirt part of the dress falls. The colours used on this dress are quite bright and it's just really pretty.

I love this dress and it was a great price. The only thing that I don't really like about it is there are massive belt loops which I feel makes it look a bit cheap.

What do you think of this dress? Have u found any bargains on Boohoo?

Warehouse Perspex Necklace

I really love how understated this Warehouse Perspex Necklace is. I got it for my birthday in August and it's just so cool.

The shiny silver chain is so nice and the necklace sits really well. The central jewell detail is so pretty as are the diamantes where the Perspex is joined. I have worn this necklace with colourful & monochrome outfits and it looks great!

What do you guys think of this necklace? What would you wear this necklace with? I would love to hear from you!

Nails Inc's Christmas Polish Treats

I have bought a couple of Nails Inc's brand new christmas polishes as a special treat for myself. They would also make excellent presents for your friends and family this christmas as they come in gorgeous little gift boxes.

I've purchased Belgrave Square (gold polish), Kensington Church Street Snowflake Polish (original snowflake polish), Whitechapel Snowflake Polish (new golden snowflake polish) and Winter Lights Royal Avenue Polish (red and gold glitter).

I can't wait to try all of these out! There will be lots of reviews and photographs coming soon!

What do you think of these Christmas themed polishes?

Topshop's Keen Polish

Topshop's Keen Polish is a gorgeous pale mint colour. I'm sure you know that I am a total sucker for pale pastel colours along with mint. Therefore, it's no shock that I like this polish.  Also, being a huge fan of Topshop nail polish I just couldn't resist it!

The formula is brilliant as with all Topshop polishes. The polish applies so smoothly to your nails and is opaque within two lovely coats. The brush does a great job of application. This polish is so hard wearing and always lasts a whole week on my nails. It's just awesome!

If you have never tried Topshop polish I highly recommend it. It is fantastic!!!

What do you think of this colour? Have you tried Topshop polish? I would love to hear from you!

Londontown Lakur Electric Avenue

Londontown Lakur's Electric Avenue Polish is a lime green colour.   I only have one or two other polishes this colour as it's not my favourite colour. It is nice for a bit of a change sometimes though.

This is the second polish I have ever tried by Londontown. It is definitely more of a lacquer which is great because it means that the polish isn't too thin and has a high pigmentation. It's level of opaqueness is also fantastic. It applied nicely with the brush provided also.

I would definitely like to try out other polishes by this brand.

Have you heard of Londontown Lakur? What do you think of this colour?

NOTD: Pink With Glitter

I am wearing two of the new polishes that I bought at the moment. The shimmery pink polish is Models Own Diamond Luxe Radiant Pink polish. I am loving wearing it. The glitter polish is Barry M's Starlet Glitterati polish. This glitter polish looks awesome in real life with its pink shimmer  and holographic glitter.

Review posts and photos coming soon!

What do you think about this combination of polishes? Have you tried either of them?
