Barry M Gelly Hi Shine

There have been so many reviews on Barry M's Gelly Hi Shine polishes and now I know why - they are pretty damn cool! I particularly like there choice of pastel colours.

I bought three of their Gelly Hi Shine polishes which are Blueberry which is a pastel blue colour, Green Berry which is a gorgeous mint green colour and Prickly Pear which is a lovely pale lilac colour. All three of these colours are now my favourites. There is no way I could choose just one.

I purchased these polishes when Boots had their 3 for 2 offer on ( yeh I had an amazing time buying up all of the polishes that I had had my eye on for so long and I got heaps for free - I couldn't believe my luck!).

They are similar to three of the brilliant Essie polishes that I have but they are not identical so I use them all and don't feel like I have heaps of polishes that are the same colour. They are all slightly different and unique in their own way.

The blue and the lilac polishes need two coats of polish to get an opaque look that is streak free. You could probably get away with just one coat of the mint green polish though I'd recommend two coats.

I have been wearing top coat over these polishes as I always do to make sure that my polish lasts a full working week. Again, if you want your polish to last I would recommend wearing top coat even if a product states that you don't need to.

If you want some pastel polishes but feel that Essie polishes are a little expensive then you will not regret buying a couple of these bad boys for the extremely decent price of £3.99 per bottle.

I am very impressed that Barry M always have such good quality nail products at such decent prices. In my eyes these polishes are total bargains and really good quality.
