This Fluorescent Fushia Neon Polish applied really nicely and I feel that it dries with a slightly glossy finish. The formula of this polish was good. It wasn't too thick or too thin. The brush applied the polish well also.
Overall, this is a rather nice polish although I'm not sure it lives up to its fluorescent/neon name.
What do you think of this polish? Have you ever tried any Orly polishes?
