I am rather excited about trying these Linwoods products as they are extremely good for ones health. I purchased Linwoods Flaxseed and Chia Seed along with two of their slightly more exotic blends of seeds.
I am going to add these to my oats in the morning and possibly bake them into nutritious protein cookies/muffins. You can actually use these products in everyday meals too so I will have to investigate that avenue.
Hopefully these Linwoods products will add more protein, omega 3 and important nutrients in general to my life.
What are your thoughts on Linwoods products? Have you tried any of these or anything similar? If so, do you find them beneficial? It makes my day when I hear from you guys!
