Seventeen's Red Tinsel Nail Polish is a really nice red and silver holographic glitter strand polish. I have chosen to wear this polish over a black base polish.
This polish has a good formula which isn't to thick or too thin which makes applying it fairly easy. The brush does a good job at dispersing the glitter over the nails. It dries rather quickly and smoothly which is great. It is also pretty long lasting.
