I had been tempted by the This Works gift sets before and finally this Christmas I bought myself one. In the Dream Team set I got the Deep Sleep Pillow Spray and the Deep Sleep Stress Less.
I was sceptical about whether I would find them beneficial but I have heard Lily Pebbles and Anna from
Vivianna Does Make Up rave about them in relation to sleep, relaxation and travel anxiety.
I am going to try them out properly and let you know how I get on.
