Louboutin Nail Polish

My mum bought these amazing Louboutin nail polishes because she thought they would look amazing displayed on a dressing table. They are pretty amazing indeed. They are more like ornaments than nail polishes.

The pink polish is called Pluminette and the red polish is called Rouge Louboutin. I haven't actually tried the polish out yet but I would hope that it is really nice.

My Ray-Ban Sunglasses

I had never bought a pair of designer sunglasses before April 2015 when I stumbled across some very light weight Ray-Ban sunglasses in John Lewis in Edinburgh.

I had been wearing an old pair of my mum's Chanel sunglasses since I was 13 years old. I loved them so much because they were light weight and I found that chunky sunglasses put too much pressure on my face.  Once day recently I went to get my trusty pair of hand me down glasses and as I picked them up they disintegrated in my hand. I was absolutely devastated! They must have been about 18 years old.

It was by total chance that I found these amazing light weight Ray-Bans. I am so glad I did. I absolutely love the style of them and they are so light which just makes them perfect. I never thought I would be able to find such a cool pair of sunglasses that I would be able to wear. I hope this pair lasts me at least another 10 years!

Models Own's New Polish For Tans Collection

Ooh I am rather excited about owning three of the new Models Own Polish For Tans polishes. I loved the Polish For Tans polishes which were released for summer 2014 so I knew I was destined to love these new polishes.

I bought Malibu Pink, Beach Hut (orange) and Turquoise Sea which are all gorgeous. I promise there will be posts on all of these polishes very soon!

NOTD:Lilac Icing & Glitter

I loved wearing Models Own's Lilac Icing Polish on my nails for a whole week. It's such a gorgeous shade of polish and lasted well without chipping.

I teamed it up with Topshop's Legendary pink and blue glitter polish. I think it looked so pretty. I got a few compliments at work about it.

New Nails Inc Polishes

I recently treated myself to three gorgeous new Nails Inc Polishes. 

The amazing purple/pink polish is a Luxe Boho polish called Notting Hill Lane. The pink/nude polish is a Luxe Boho polish called Portobello Crescent. I am looking forward to using these polishes as I really like Nails Inc's Blossom polishes which are similar.

I also bought a Gel Effect Polish called Berkeley Street which is a lovely coral shade.

Models Own Colour Chrome Body Tattoos

I could not resist buying these super cool Chrome Body Tattoos from Models Own. About twenty years ago transfer body tattoos were extremely fashionable for young people and I absolutely loved them. I think it is so cool that they have now come back into fashion but in a much more chic way.

I won't be going to any festivals this summer but I am hoping to wear these on nights out. What I love about Models Own Chrome Body Tattoos is that they are metallic so look like jewellery. I really don't like wearing rings or bangles but these body tattoos totally give you the same look but without the fuss.

I am really excited to try them out.

Jack Osbourne: 21 Years Gone

Jack Osbourne's book 21 Years Gone was an extremely interesting read. I read it in 24 hours a few weeks ago when I was feeling unwell and was gutted when I had finished it.

I loved reading all about Jack's life and his great family stories. There was so much I didn't know about Jack even though I had watched him on TV as a young teenager. 

There were many entertaining parts of the book but there were also some very serious issues which arose. Jack wrote a lot about his issues with drugs and alcohol and how those issues started. He wrote in detail about his behaviour and his time recovering from drugs/alcohol. As someone who doesn't know much about addiction I found jack's book very insightful.

It was great to read about how he managed to focus on physical challenges, such as, rock climbing

which helped him to recover and maintain a healthy lifestyle.

I found Jack's book very interesting and insightful. I would definitely recommend this book to you guys.

Mom The Tv Show: One To Watch

I had never heard of the TV show Mom until I discovered it on iTunes. I bought it and have been completely hooked ever since. If you like comedy series, such as, Friends, 2 Broke Girls and Mike & Molly I think you will love Mom as much as I do.

Mom stars Anna Faris as Christy, a single working mother of two who is also a recovering alcoholic. The show centres around her AA meetings and her eventful work and family life. Christy's mother Bonnie is also a recovering alcoholic. 

There are some absolutely hilarious scenes in Mom. I am not sure how they even think up some of the ideas for the show but they are genius. 

I think Mom is one of the best new comedy series that I have watched. It may even be the best. Therefore, I highly recommend it. There is something that is fresh and unique about it which makes it brilliant.

Models Own's Rose Colour Chrome Polish

Models Own's Rose Colour Chrome Polish is a beautiful Rose gold shade. There is something really pretty and delicate about this polish.

I am loving this Rose Colour Chrome Polish.  Models Own have gone and done it again! This polish would be great for a bit of nail art.

The formula is gorgeous and applies so smoothly. It makes it a joy to apply. It dries very, very,  quickly which is amazing but make sure you leave your first coat of polish to dry for five minutes before you apply your second coat. The polish brush is good and the polish its self is long lasting. Make sure you always wear a good base and top coat! Within two coats of this polish my nails were perfectly opaque.

Overall, I would definitely recommend this polish because it is stunning and has an excellent formula.

Models Own Festival Polishes

Ah I am very excited to show you the new Models Own Festival polishes that I have just purchased. Gosh, I really do get very excited about nail polish!

I love the multicoloured polish lids not to mention all of the new polish shades. I can't wait to try them out. 

I bought Pink Wellies, Purple Bandana, Blue Skies, Green Fields and Colour Explosion which is the glitter polish.

They are all such lovely colours I will hopefully have posts up on them all soon.

NOTD: Leighton Denny Blue

A few weeks ago I was wearing this blue polish and glitter combo. The blue polish is Leighton Denny's Love On The Carousel and the glitter polish is also by Leighton Denny and is called Loop The Loop.

 This is such a lovely blue polish but I think that the unusual glitter polish just adds something a bit more unique to my nails.

Models Own's Lilac Icing Polish

Models Own have done it again! Their Lilac Icing Polish is stunning and an absolute joy to wear on my nails.

The formula of this polish is really amazing. It is the perfect consistency and is also highly pigmented. This means that the polish glides onto the nails beautifully and your nails are totally opaque within two coats of polish. This polish dries fairly quickly and has proved itself to be hard wearing. The polish brush provided applies the polish excellently.

I can't stop raving about these gorgeous Icing polishes because they are just awesome. I highly recommend them!

Miss Selfridge Glitter Jewell Statement Necklace

I bought this necklace in the Miss Selfridge Sale before christmas and got it for a bargain price. I absolutely love the blue, purple and lilac jewels that are used. 

As this is just a piece of costume jewellery I think it is quite cute that some of the jewels have glitter in them. It makes this necklace a little different.

I really like the different sections of the necklace which are all joined together along with the variety in shape and size of the jewels. The golden chain is also great and the necklace is not too heavy.

Jennifer Saunders Book Bonkers: My life In Laughs

Jennifer Saunders book Bonkers: My Life In Laughs is probably the funniest and most interesting book I have read so far. I really hadn't expected it to be as good as it was. I read it really quickly because it was so good and was so sad when I had finished it.

I had no idea that Jennifer had lived such an interesting life with so many hilarious experiences. The way that she tells her funny stories and describes herself throughout the book just add to the comedic element of the book which I really enjoyed.

I loved reading about how she got into comedy and her younger years as well as her years on French & Saunders and Absolutely Fabulous.  She tells a long story which involves Ruby Wax and Goldie Hawn which I found so novel as well as hilarious.

There is so much more to this book and so many amazingly interesting stories that I 100% recommend it. It's definitely one to add to your reading list.

Glam Glow Supermud Face Mask Review

Earlier this year I decided to try samples of Glam Glow's Supermud Face Mask as I really wanted to improve my skin and unblock my pores. You can order sample packs from their website for around £13.00.  Since using the samples I have fallen totally in love with the Supermud mask and am now on my second full size tub of it.

I have found that the Supermud mask has had great effects on my skin. It really does visibly reduce pore size and unblock pores after just one use. I find that I can see a difference every time I use this product. However, my pores are not totally unblocked and invisible. I find that I can maintain better skin by using Supermud regularly. Some people may find that the Supermud Face Mask works even better for their skin than mine and I have been pretty happy with the results.

Over time I have found that this mask works best if you apply a very thin layer to your face and leave it for   20 minutes. You can literally see it sucking dirt out of your pores which is quite cool.

I clean off my mask using warm water and a face cloth. This mask has a very gentle exfoliating effect on the skin and also leaves it feeling very moisturised. I have never experienced any redness or soreness when using this mask.

It comes in a controversially small tub considering it is priced at £45.00 but I found that you get so much use out of the tub that it is actually worth the price. Definitely use this mask sparingly as it works best this way plus you get your monies worth!

I would definitely recommend trying out the samples before you splash your cash on the full sized tub. 

I think that Glam Glow's Supermud Face Mask does what it says on the tin and is totally worth the money.

Models Own Pink Colour Chrome Polish

Just when you thought that I had raved about all of Models Own's Colour Chrome polish collection and here I am with another post!! 

Today I have Models Owns Pink Colour Chrome Polish to show you. It is not only a gorgeous shade of polish but it also has a beautiful formula. I would recommend applying one coat of this polish and leaving it for a few minutes to dry as it dries so amazingly quickly that it might drag the polish if you attempt to apply your second coat too soon.

This Pink Colour Chrome Polish is really hard wearing and I was able to wear it for a whole week. After two coats of polish my nails were totally metallic and streak free. The brush applied the polish well.

Rimmel's Rita Ora Oragina Polish

I recently bought Rimmel's Oragina polish from the Rita Ora collection. I can never resist a lovely peachy polish and I'm so glad that I bought this one as it is great!

I love Rimmel's wide polish brushes as they apply the polish really easily. The formula of this polish is excellent and it glides on to the nails smoothly. I applied two coats of this polish for a totally opaque, streak free finish. I found that this polish dried pretty quickly which is great. It is also a good hard wearing polish.

I would highly recommend this polish and the other polishes from Rita Ora's collection for Rimmel. All of the polishes are such gorgeous colours with excellent formulas!
